Derek Gehl's organization has caused me great emotional and perhaps financial distress.
I ordered that f**ng package you discuss and then, unbeknown to me, I realized that it was to be a FEDEX-shipped package to Japan which would set me back $95 just to look it over. The $3 trial was going to be expensive!!!!
Of course, I quickly wrote an email (within ten minutes of ordering it) to emphatically tell them not to ship it and not to debit my credit card. No answer. So I wrote another a few hours later and then a few hours later. I then called their offices twice and got the weekend answering machine. Grrr!!!!!!!!
This was on Saturday evening, Japan time, when the original order was made, so that made it about 6pm on Friday evening when the phone call was made.
No response came all weekend. So on Monday evening in Japan I called them at what should have been their opening time in Blaine, WA, but got another answering machine message. I left explicit and angry instructions to halt the shipment.
It didn't happen. On Tuesday morning I got an officious email message stating as follows:
Hi Richard,
I received your voice message this morning because we are closed on the weekend. Unfortunately, the order has already been shipped and you will be receiving it soon. This is the tracking number XXXXXXXXXXX. You can check the shipping status at www.fedex.com
Now I was becoming distressed and incensed in the same breath. I called their office and said in no uncertain terms (to the answering machine again!!!) that I have refused the package and sent it back to Japan. In that message I also stated that I had made a rightful claim against them for fraud and deception with the FTC, which I had done and was informed by them that despite my share of negligence, I was in the total right!
Finally, I got hold of their office - they do answer phones when they don't have long weekends or picnics - and was told by one of the staff that my messages were rude and uncalled for. She proceeded to lecture me about that but then said, "Yes, Mr. Posner, we will fully refund everything.
A distressful nightmare was over, right? Nope!!!!!
The very next day I received another letter from the original officious lady which said exactly as follows:
Hi Richard,
Please understand that the office is closed throughout the weekend. There was no one available to assist you. I responded to your voice message right
away on Monday but the course has already been shipped.
We have our shipping prices clearly listed for our international customers. You may refuse shipping when it arrives but we will not be able to reimburse
you the shipping charges because it states clearly that the shipment is dispatched immediately.
Regards,
Now I am fuming (and greatly distressed). I call them and get the answering machine and leave a "going ballistic" message telling me that if this is a joke, it's a criminal one. And if it is a mistake, it is a humongous one. No response.
Finally, I get the lady who had agreed to the return shipment with no charge on the horn and her first words are "Mr. Posner, We are human beings with over 3000 inquiries to deal with a day. Yours is just one...We are human beings and you are treating us so rudely. But anyway, I will follow through on what I said and when your FEDEX package is back in stock, we will end our relationship totally.
I calmed down to the extent where I said: "That's fine. Just make sure that you coordinate and duly record your messages, so that this will never ever happen again."
End of story? Nope!!!!!!!! A few days later, my package arrives back in Blaine, WA., and I get the following message:
Hi Richard,
This is a quick note to let you know we have received the return package and a refund is in progress, I have submitted this to my manager to make sure it is done right away. Thanks.
Best regards,
Jessica
Over at last! Phew!!!!.........
Nope!!!!!!!!!!!!! This morning I got a message in my mailbox that an $90 package from Blaine, WA. had been attempted to deliver. I called FEDEX, made sure that it was the one-and-the-same Derek Gehl's outfit, and it was. I refused it as well. And now I am waiting to find out whether a loose canon in their office was reeking revenge on me or whether this is another foul up and miscommunication.
I am fed up with all these phony marketers who want to market their stale wares when they move on to higher grounds. Never before would I believe that Gehl would be in the scam business or has such incompetence within his organization.
If this gives pause to all of you who want to buy that "next best thing" three-dollar trial to a sober halt, then this message is getting through. Most marketers are in bed with each other and will close ranks when such a scandal occurs.
This situation is at best total incompetence and at worst outright fraud and deception. I welcome comments and constructive help in getting justice.
Hopefully, Corey Rudl would roll over in his grave, if he saw what Gehl has done through his outsourced customer service. But you see, people like Schefren are selling that concept as the Holy Grail. So all the sheep are following because they want to be rich like him and his incestuous inner circle.
That's all (and enough) for the moment.

You can order the package. The shipping charges ARE indicated on the order page, and unlike Mr unhappy above, in three months from now, a $95 shipping charge will be the least of your problems. It is unequivocally THE best learning internet marketing course available both off and online.
